By using MY SERVICES, you agree to abide by the terms of our User Agreement.

 

The information or advice or consultation provided TO YOU by ME is purely an area of research, which is susceptible to the constant changes in the market. No such information or advice or consultation can be held against ME and the same is nothing more than our professional service based on my technical expertise, which may vary from other experts.

 

The subscriber voluntarily agrees to take into consideration my inputs while making investments. I shall not be responsible or liable for any loss. I hold all rights to terminate or modify subscription of any person from our services at any time. I shall not be liable to pay charges or refund.

 

I will have the exclusive right to change or modify my policies, disclosures, information provided by me without your notice. All subscribers to our services shall deem to have accepted the same.

 

All information, calls, research provided to clients (including ID, password if any) is a closed group information, private and confidential. No one is allowed to circulate it outside the group. Doing so will be a violation and will attract legal consequences.

 

I do not provide any guarantees in the stock market / share market. Every individual will be responsible for his or own fund/buying/selling. I will have no legal responsibility or liability towards any loss or health, wealth, damages.

 

Fee paid shall be non-refundable. Subscriber agrees by making fee payment that he has read and agreed to our terms & conditions and various disclosures.

 

Republication or redistribution of my calls/ recommendations content outside of this agreement, including by framing, will be in violation of this agreement. I take no responsibility and bears no liability for error of fact or opinion. The liability arising out of using the Content on the Services lies solely with the User.

 

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at Kolkata shall have an exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this Agreement.
